Toklas Bakery Christmas Hamper

We are delighted to introduce this year’s Toklas Bakery Christmas hamper, available to pre-order for collection on Friday 20th December or delivery on Saturday 21st December. Each hamper contains:

3 x Mince pies: A buttery, tender pastry encasing a rich blend of English quince and apples, Todoli citrus and Corinthian raisins

1 jar of Seasonal Marmalade: Celebrate the flavours of the season with our exquisite seasonal marmalade. Bursting with the freshest handpicked fruits at their peak from Todoli citrus, this vibrant preserve offers a delightful blend of sweet and tangy notes. Elevate your breakfast or share the joy with a jar of our seasonal marmalade – a taste of nature's bounty in every spoonful.

5 x Amaretti cookies: A balance of chewy and tender with a delicious almond flavour, these cookies perfectly compliment your morning espresso.

5 x Ginger cookies: This soft and chewy Ginger Molasses Cookie is perfectly spiced with notes of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg then rolled in demerara sugar for that extra sugary crunch!

Stollen: Inspired by the Traditional German version, a tender yeasted bread encasing two logs of marzipan. The dough is enriched with candied Todoli citrus, fruit, nuts and rum. Its then brushed with brown butter and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.

Bag of Granola: Our signature olive oil and honey granola, made with organic nuts, seeds and oats is sure to become a staple in your morning routine.

Christmas Cake: Baked with Mediterranean prunes, figs and almonds; topped with a layer of housemade marzipan. This non-traditional Christmas cake contains chocolate and rye and is fed with a blend of brandy and amaretto. The result is balanced and indulgent.

Toklas Restaurant Blend Coffee Beans: This blend features beans from Brazilian farm Mió, Colombian producer group the Red Association and farmer cooperative organisation - Rebuild Woman's Hope - in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Roasted in ways to achieve compatibility in all espresso beverages – those paired with milk and those without - this blend is a celebration of the rich flavour, prominent sweetness and weighty texture associated with this most classic of coffee making techniques. A real crowd-pleaser.

Bottle of Toklas Wine: This special cuvée is hand-blended by Valerie Courreges in Provence, recognised for her wines with convivial and rebellious nature. The wines are produced using organic and biodynamic principles, from 40-year-old vines grown in clay and limestone soil, with elements of skin contact in small concrete tanks on Courreges’ southeastern vineyard. Elegant in texture and beautifully drinkable.
